Spotlight

Spotlight is Essex Libraries Play Collection. It holds a large selection of plays, everything from monologues to musicals and pantomimes to Pinter. The collection is used by individual library members, a wide range of groups and also schools, in fact anyone who wants to read a play. Not only do we have single copies of a wide range of titles, but also a large collection of playsets (multiple copies of the same title for groups performing a play or having a play-reading).

There is a small charge for borrowing playsets. The normal reservation fee applies to requests for plays, except for groups who have registered for a special Drama library card. (Please contact Spotlight for details of this).
